About the event
Meeting and introductions
Your instructor will welcome you in the car park before making our way to our base camp for the day. Please be on time as we will be heading to the base camp for the day at 9:30am sharp.
Foraging walk
As the team makes their way to base camp, they will learn about the various uses of plants and trees and how they can be used for food, medicine or your other uses in a survival situation. You will forage some plants to make a herbal tea at lunch time.
